Cropping Corner places products on sale, offers discount coupons both on the site and via e-mail and provides other incentives for you to order product. Coupons cannot be combined and only one can be used per order. These types of incentives are good for a limited time and do not apply to previous purchases. Discount coupons DO NOT apply to the purchase of a Gift Certificate. Shipping costs are independent of any discount and are added based on your new product total.
BACK-ORDER POLICY
We rarely have back-ordered product as the shopping cart will not let you order more product than we have in stock. However, sometimes errors in stock quantity occur and we are forced to back-order an item. We receive orders from our suppliers weekly and unless an item is back-ordered from the manufacturer it should be shipped to you within a week to ten days. If the unavailable item is no longer able to be reordered, of course, we will credit your account for item.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase from us, and we'll try to do whatever it takes to make you happy. A couple of things will make it quick and efficient for both you and us! If you'd like to return an item to us, please call or e-mail us ASAP after receiving the item (but at least within 30 days of your invoice date). Let us know what you'd like us to do, and we'll be in touch asap to work with you on resolving the situation. Certainly if the return is due to an error we made or a defective product, we will take care of it immediately with no additional cost to you - including return postage! If you have decided that the item is not what you wanted, it will be your responsibility to return the item promptly at your cost for a refund or exchange. However, you must have authorization to do so prior to sending the items back to us. The Cropping Corner, Inc. is not able to accept returns of books, computer software or any item that is not in resalable condition (unless of course it was received defective). All claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Also note that we typically ship within 2 business days via US priority mail. If your item has not been received within a week you should follow up.

All policies, prices and product availability subject to change without notice. All returned items must first be authorized by The Cropping Corner, Inc. Returned checks are subject to a $15.00 processing fee.
