We make every effort to ship orders within two business days after receipt of payment (note that we most often ship the next business day). If we need to hold your order longer than that we e-mail that status to you. See the SHIPPING section below for specific information about shipping policies. We take MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express and PayPal or will hold your order until we receive a check or money order. We reserve the right to hold the order until the check has cleared our bank. We will not accept checks drawn on non-US banks but are happy to take an international money order. We are happy to take credit card numbers over the phone if you prefer. STANDARD SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE RUN SHIPPING SPECIALS ON A REGULAR BASIS. SEE THE HOME PAGE FOR INFORMATION ABOUT ANY CURRENT OFFER. Also note that shipping specials are for US domestic shipping.  International shipping will be handled as indicated below. 

Cropping Corner ships the best way which for most domestic mailing addresses is US Priority Mail. Although the US Post Office does not offer a guarantee on arrival dates, typically it takes 2 to 3 days depending on your distance from Colorado. Very bulky or heavy orders will likely ship US parcel post. This might include orders for a large number of albums, paper or punches. Typically orders weighing more than 10 pounds will ship parcel post. Parcel post shipping is noted on any item that will be automatically shipped via parcel post (such as large totes). Packages shipped via parcel post usually arrive in 4 to 7 days to most destinations. We consider ANY US mailing address (including Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses and all US territories) as a domestic address.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you are interested in Express Mail shipping, please contact us via e-mail (scrapbook@croppingcorner.com) or our toll free number (800/608-2467). Recognize that the US Postal Express Mail can be very expensive for heavy items and is not guaranteed overnight to all locations. The minimum express mail charge is $19.99. Also note that should you decide to return any item that was express shipped, the express shipping charges are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping charges for international orders are figured on an individual basis. Once the shipping is calculated based on your order, we e-mail you and wait for your confirmation prior to proceeding with your order. We either ship US First Class Air Mail or if the order is particularly heavy or has a high value, US International Priority Mail.  We also have the option of shipping International Flat Rate which can make sending some items more economical.  Note that First Class Air Mail packages can not be insured.  We are happy to send any package international priority mail which will automatically include insurance but the shipping price will be significantly higher in most cases.  Please note that all payments for international orders must be made in US funds, via a credit card or PayPal. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by their country.

Many countries prohibit the sale of items for the purpose of resale without the proper import/export licenses. We are a retail business that does not sell wholesale to businesses or individuals for resale. If you are planning to re-sell any of the items you purchase from us it is your responsiblity to make sure that you have the appropriate import licenses requried by your country. 

Also note that at this time we are not able to ship EK Success Disney products internationally nor do we process back-orders internationally.  If an item that you order is out of stock it will be removed from your order.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Cropping Corner places products on sale, offers discount coupons both on the site and via e-mail and provides other incentives for you to order product. Coupons cannot be combined and only one can be used per order. These types of incentives are good for a limited time and do not apply to previous purchases. Discount coupons DO NOT apply to the purchase of a Gift Certificate. Shipping costs are independent of any discount and are added based on your new product total.

BACK-ORDER POLICY

We try to remove or mark as "out of stock" back-ordered items from the site; however, sometimes when we receive multiply orders for a product on the same day, we are sold out of an item before we can remove it or mark it on the site. We will not back-order items under $2.50 - they will simply be removed from your order. We will back-order any item or combination of items over $2.50 and will send them to you as soon as we receive them. We will NOT charge any additional shipping charges and will, of course, not charge your credit card for the back ordered items until they are shipped. Back-orders are maintained for 30 days on credit card orders. If we have not received the back-ordered item from the manufacturer/distributor in that time, the back-order will be automatically cancelled and you must re-order the item to receive it. If you paid for your order with a check or PayPal we will maintain your back-order until we receive the products. We apologize for back-orders but they are a reality of this industry. We will continue do what we can to minimize their affect!

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase from us, and we'll try to do whatever it takes to make you happy. A couple of things will make it quick and efficient for both you and us! If you'd like to return an item to us, please call or e-mail us ASAP after receiving the item (but at least within 30 days of your invoice date). Let us know what you'd like us to do, and we'll be in touch asap to work with you on resolving the situation. Certainly if the return is due to an error we made or a defective product, we will take care of it immediately with no additional cost to you - including return postage! If you have decided that the item is not what you wanted, it will be your responsibility to return the item promptly at your cost for a refund or exchange. However, you must have authorization to do so prior to sending the items back to us. Additionally, please be aware that there may be a 10% re-stocking fee and/or a charge for the original actual costs incurred to ship the items to you. The Cropping Corner, Inc. is not able to accept returns of books, computer software or any item that is not in resalable condition (unless of course it was received defective). All claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Also note that we typically ship within 2 business days via US priority mail.  If your item has not been received within a week you should follow up.
